Why do I see "ad forecast not available" ?

If you use Balloonary a lot, you may encounter a situation in which the forecasts (expected impressions) for an ad are not available.

Without any indication on the performance of an ad it is super hard if not impossible to set the right budget of course. Unfortunately there is not much to be done, as the data we use to generate forecasts is coming straight from the ad platforms and as such is not under our direct control. We have experienced downtimes in the ad forecasts before, so it is not unheard of that it may fail at some point. If this is the case for you, please try it again a little later.

If you already know the budget settings you want to go with from a previous run you may also go ahead and launch the campaign without seeing the forecast.

If however you keep seeing this issue repeatedly, please contact support so we can have a look what’s going on.
