Users who have successfully launched at least one ad may, upon request, have the balance of their Balloonary credits refunded to the original payment method.

Users who have NOT successfully launched at least one ad may, upon request, have the balance of their Balloonary credits refunded to the original payment method, minus a 35€ refund fee to compensate the administrative and payment overhead expenses.

In order to initiate the refund process, the following information is required to be provided:

The full name as signed on your credit card
The email address that is linked to the Balloonary account that used this credit card
A copy of your ID/Passport
