What happens to my budget if I stop an ad early?

Balloonary has a built in credit system. If an ad is stopped early for any reason, you’ll receive a refund as Balloonary credits. If the Ad was rejected during the ad review process, the refund is immediate. If the ad was already published on the ad platforms, it takes 12 hours until a refund is processed. During that time you will see a "pending refund" in your payments overview. Once the refund has been issued you can use the credits to run your next ad.
